We pull up and ask if it’s a full service car wash . They say yes for an extra $10 so I get out of the car and then he tells me it’s a drive through. It only has one wash system the second second wash system is gone from when it was colonial car wash . I pull up to the vacuum and then they direct me to drive to the pay side. I pull in there and the guy that just charged me say’s o you need to move over there . This is a joke.

Everything was great. She did an awesome job doing what I don’t want to do! From the reviews this is what I would like to say. Treat people with fairness. It’s hot outside, get them a drink. Be polite. Yes they get paid to do a job but customer service individuals don’t get paid to put up with bad attitude and a superiority complex. If you could have done better than you do it! Remember to tip!

DON'T GO IF YOU HAVE AFTERMARKET RIMS! I went there for a carpet shampoo and was talked into getting a quick wash 7/8/2018. As I watch my car go through the Express wash I notice my rim rubbing up against rail then notice my rim damage. I had just bought them the day before so I know it wasn't there. So they told me they have a no fault clause for aftermarket parts, ok I understand. I wasn't offered a refund, nor any type of free service for their mistake and was very unapologetic about. The pic below is the damage to driver side front and rear rim they're 20" and the rail with the plastic guard falling off at the v-section of the tunnel
