I usually LOVE L&L, but just not this location. The chicken was burnt and very dark. So dark we thought it was our beef plate. Newp, was the chicken. The macaroni salad also tasted a bit off and gave my daughter a stomach ache. They must not have alot of help here because we were waiting inside for a minimum of 30 minutes. The location by my house is always busy and we never wait that long for food and the food is always tasty and cooked to perfection. On a non food note- girl that takes the orders unlocked the restroom for a male customer, brings the key back to the register area and 3 min later another female worker grabbed the restroom key and entered the restroom right as the male was getting ready to exit. The register girl did not bother to tell her she let someone in the bathroom. The guy would've been exposed to the guests waiting for their food if she would've entered 1 minute sooner.

I do feel like the positive reviews are old & not current. I have been coming here for years and for the last like two years the service has certainly went down hill. I am unsure to why they have the same amount of workers they did pre Covid sooo it’s not “staffing.” I would be understanding of that. Note their phone lines rarely work to call ahead. How do you not have call waiting with a business? Very cheap! Then on top of that the service always seems rushed but you’re always waiting for ever even when you are able to make it through and order ahead. They always give you the wrong time for pick up which is nuts. “15 minutes” but even after calling ahead you wait a good 35+ minutes in the restaurant.

Really good food. Never had a bad meal here. One of my favorite breakfasts is this Loco Moco.

Food was good, very large portions. Person taking the orders was very nice. But the owner really needs to get on staff about cleaning the place. The amount of dust inside hanging off the ceilings made me feel gross thinking how dirty the kitchen was.
