Called to talk to the Auto Center. Was hung up on twice immediately after the call was picked up. When I called a second time it cycled to the Walmart main line, the customer support person was kind and redirected my call 2x before the Auto center picked up and hung up on me. Had to call back and leave my name and number for a return call.

Went for an oil change. The guy in the back told us rudely to use a different door and not to pull up there. There were no signs guiding where to go. The rudeness was uncalled for.

What a headache! I bought tires a year ago got oil changed and attempted to do a tire rotation which is apart of it since I paid for a warranty. They kept telling me I didn’t pay I had a receipt from the tire purchase but not their work order that showed the park completed, after an hour and another manager involved they found the work order. Previous worked attached it to wrong veichle. Night mare poor customer service

This location at 1st and Wadsworth really didn't impress me. I expected to go in through the auto care doors so that I could exchange my battery but, they had the door locked and I had already remove my battery which left me no other choice but to carry the battery to the front which stunk! I'll never do that again! I had to go through the front entrance person who told me to go to service desk, then went to service desk and they asked why I didn't go to the auto center, so I told them why. They at that point turned my 1 star to a 3 star (only reason). They helped me without hassle and I was treated like a person not a number. So, the front-end is great, the rest of my experience there is the reason the score is low. I recommend the service desk staff, but that's it. It's nice to see that people still know how the golden rule still works.
