This place is totally mismanaged. Today on the 4th of July we went through the drive thru after having to repeat my order over and over and wait for 10 minutes which was fine no big deal it’s a busy day I asked for sauce, when she went to hand me the wrong one I simply said no not that one. This red headed girl proceeded to give me the finger and curse at me all in front of my little girl. The manager hearing all this told me to go or he would call the police if I didn’t leave. I do not understand how employees can speak to people this way. I know everywhere is short staffed but do we have to have bottom of the barrel employees? I hope the owner sees this and does something about it. That KFC has completely gone to hell. There is no effort or customer care. I will never go back there! Spearfish is too good for a place like this.

Go to drive thru at 6:55 and get told "we are closed for the day" but sign on the drive thru says 7.

I’m not sure what’s up with this KFC randomly closing down and not putting it out on any platform all to see. My family ordered through the app and since it’s still supposed to be open, it took our money even though this particular store was closed. It doesn’t help that you can’t tell if they’re open or not until you get to the drive through and it has a “closed” sign small and barely visible. We love KFC, but this is unacceptable

Saturday 4pm: we spent 1 1/2 for leisurely late lunch. friendly staff for the two stars. While staff was standing and talking, nothing got done: half the tables were dirty, the hot food was so dried up; biscuits were rock hard, half scoop of dried soup in pan, gravy had hard film on top of the half inch deep pan, etc. Nothing on the line was changed up or stirred in 1 1-2 hours!! The hard rock music (which I do like) was so loud we had them turn it down. We could have asked for fresh chicken, that was at least warm and moist, we didn't see anyone to ask. That's all for now.
