I reluctantly went to Zumiez this last weekend, I say "reluctantly" because the service I have received from this store in the past has been LESS than sub par! This last visit was anything but sub par. It was quite possibly the best customer service I have received in Casper in along time! I first entered the store to just have a look at the Vans collection, already anticipating being ignored by the associates and leaving empty handed. This was definitely not the case!! We were greeted immediately which was followed with an inquiry as to our needs/wants. It was a GREAT experience from that point on! The store manager, Case(sp), was amazing and attentive. When they did not have what we wanted in store, he took action to see what he could do for us to get exactly what we wanted! As he was searching, his sales associates took the lead with with helping us out in the other departments we were looking in. Case was on double duty trying to find all of the items I was interested in and ended up finding exactly what I wanted (even with me running him back and forth)! All in all, I would recommend checking out the newly managed Zumiez store! Especially if you have experienced the lack of service in the past. There is an obvious change in the dynamic of the store and staff, and it is absolutely refreshing! They were all very personable, knowledgeable and willing to do whatever they could to make sure we were satisfied and well taken care of! Way to go Alton, Aaron and Case...You guys are a rock star team who are sure to turn Zumiez Casper into a great place to shop!! Thank you for taking such good care of my family and myself!!! We will be back to shop with you!!!

I ordered some Windsor Red Vans Sk8 Hi's size 10, and when I got home, opened the box, and put the shoes on, I noticed something was off. One shoe was a right footed size 10, which was the one I had tried on in store, and the other one was an unlaced, ALSO right footed, size 9.5. So not only were theyboth right foot shoes, the sizes were mismatched.
