The apartments are in a convenient location to the university and public transportation. I've been living here for a month. The apartment complex is managed by allresco. You pay the price of an Airbnb, yet the service provided is not satisfactory. I'm having issues with clogs in the drain pipelines. The laundry situation is not great, as their payment system that's routed through an app only works on Android phones, doesn't work on an iPhone - so left with only one option of paying with coins. Would recommend putting a coin vending machine. I would give it 4 stars, if the maintenance & service is reliable and better.

Can I not give minus stars? This is maybe the worst place somebody can move to in Boulder. I have helped a friend move here a couple of months ago, and I have never seen such horrible apartments and such an unsafe environment in Boulder. It doesn't matter how nice they have done the common area, because the apartments are really ugly, worn, smelly, tiny, noisy and outdated. This place has the police in the building several times a week, and attracts a lot of homeless people because the staff is not even able to make sure the doors can close. Most apartments are in very poor shape, and there is mold everywhere. It's unsafe to live here. The office managers are very rude and snotty to the tenants, and the handyman does not finish what he is asked to do. The rents are horrible expensive for how the apartments look like. You are basically paying for the managements new office, and you should suffer in your ugly and old fashioned apartment. My friend will break his lease as soon as possible. For now, he is staying with me as often as possible, because he hates to go home. I went to stay with him for a week, but I got totally depressed in that building. Do you know how an old attic smells like? That's how the apartments stinks. There is mold everywhere, but they are not fixing any apartments. The water is getting shut off for full days almost every week, so there is tons of issues with the pipes. I have heard that they have had tons of pipe breaks and water leaks. The laundry rooms are gross, and we are taking his laundry to a laundromat instead. There is no privacy either. The handy man comes in without knocking. He just opens the apartment door with his key, and scared the heck out of me twice already. I don't think that can be allowed. My best advice is that you don't move here. Run. Find something else.

Wow where to begin! Have been living here since August ‘17 and have never experienced such a facade. They spend thousands and thousands of dollars on cosmetic updates for the building, but can’t even provide the basic assurance of water. Regularly for the past few months it’s almost every week (sometimes several times a week) that our water will get shut off for up to 9 hours! Sometimes with notice, many times without notice. Keep in mind tenants pay for the water utility on top of the base rent and we are not compensated one bit for this huge inconvenience and quite frankly - negligence. That’s just the beginning. They hire shady construction companies that make a mess of the grounds, hallways, and yard. I’ve found huge chunks of glass leftover in the parking lot from window replacement, uncovered *razors* in grass of the yard from painters (?), and had to run through a hallway literally saturated with paint fumes when the hallway painters set off the fire alarm. There’s so, so much more bizarre/ terrible things tenants have to go through for absurdly high rent for this “luxury” apartment complex.

These apartments are quite poor and unpleasant to live in. The hallways smell all the time, the laundry rooms are disgusting and never get cleaned. There is never anyone in the office to talk about issues. Packages that don't fit in the small mail boxes are left in the lobby for anyone to take (I have had 2 packages stolen in the past 6 months of living here), because management refuses to give the usps a key to the office so packages can be left in a locked room. And to top it off, our rent has increased nearly 100 dollars with absolutely no explanation. This place is an absolute rip off.
