The conference center was not hard at all in locating however I was surprise about the parking fee which is $5, but it's cool. The venue is big and the line structure was organize towards I did not have to wait in line since I sign up early. I only wish one of the venue booths were more clear to hear the speakers since it's a open booth on the floor near the entrance. The staff was noticeable yet were not evading. Would return!

No, it does not, the daily rate is $15. The festival that I attended was at nighttime so there was a few on street parking areas. Hope that helps!
