Great place, fantastic staff, so glad we stayed here. Take some time to check out the office area, fun things to see, and buy. Including Hunts pizza, fresh out of the oven. If your in the area, need a place to stay the night, this is it.

The staff were nice and helpful, the sites were decently sized and signed, electrical hookup was a breeze, and it was easy to reach from I-29. There was a little highway noise, but it wasn't excessively loud. The amenities looked nice but we didn't have much time to check them out. I do have a few minor complaints regarding the restrooms. On the plus side, they were quite clean and the plumbing fixtures relatively modern. However, thee showers were so slow to drain I turned off the water while lathering up so the drain could catch up before I rinsed off. The metal stall partitions are rusty in places. Also, the paper towels had run out by evening and weren't refilled until midmorning. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if passing through the Sioux City area.

As a full time traveler, I don't normally stay at KOAs. They are a little over my budget. However, this KOA was close to the driver's license bureau where my wife and I were due to renew our licenses. Hence, we stayed here. I had an issue with the receipt because as a full time traveler, I needed to take that when my wife and I renewed our driver's licenses. In short, the receipt needed to have both my wife's name and my name on it. The young lady, Jordan, working at the desk went above and beyond duty to help me out and get me what I needed. Because of her, this place deserves 5 stars!

Sites are kind of close together but we didn't feel crowded; had plenty of room to open our slides and be able to walk around them. Holiday weekend so they were quite full however the park was surprisingly quiet. Had one of their pizza's for dinner; it was excellent.
