Every Staff member here is a gem. I’ve been seeing Dr. Helman for 12 years ever since I had my first brain surgery. She has been so caring and helpful. The support and care I get from her is beyond anything you could expect to the point that she will actually go to a different physicians office for appointments! Em the front office lady is sick a kind soul and really works to make you comfortable and see that you have everything you need. Simon is the nurse of nurses. He helps with nutrition, exercise, medication and just listening! I can not recommend this clinic enough for people who actually want whole health!!

It's been a rocky last few years trying to get on the right medication that will give me back the quality of life I had for 15yrs while I was on methadone which was first prescribed due to it being really cheap when I lost my insurance. Since going to wellness and recovery for almost 2yrs now I've tried a few medications that I didn't like or the effects were not right but hopefully Dr. Hellman will help me find the right one to give me back my quality of life and will help me return to work full time. She has me currently on a medication that is the best yet but not quite thre yet but definitely headingbin the right direction. They seem to be nice people and Dr. Hellman truly does try to help I just think its hard these days to treat so many people looking for treatment and remember what there story is and where they've come from on there journey to a better quality of life which all i want is a chance at that. So if your looking for a fresh start with a Dr.. that is knowelegable Dr. Hellman is available and very easy to talk to.

Dr Helman, is amazing she has been the only doc that has looked for the reason for my illness (the under lying cause). She truly cares about every one she treats and has a amazing bed side manor. Her whole staff from the lady's upfront. Who always have a smile. Make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Also the counselors are amazing anytime you need them they're there. Even when you need to vent. Also anytime you are at the lab, they make you feel comfortable. The whole clinic ALL the staff, really care and support you in what ever you need. HW

Hello, thank you for writing. We do not take OHP; instead, we do 'Direct Primary Care' which is a membership based practice. You can expect to pay $70/mo for general medical care. I am very interested in treating anxiety and in pain recovery. You can learn more by phoning the office (503-589-0539) Dr Manya Helman

YES!!! We use primarily buprenorphine products to assist patients with opioid dependency and treat withdrawal symptoms. We do not provide methadone. We also offer in office counseling and group therapy to assist you with your recovery!!!!

Do you accept the Oregon health plan. And if not how much is a office visit . I've been on methadone for many years and I just can't HANDEL the clinic any longer .

We do not accept third party payment or insurance. Our practice works with the model of direct primary care. Patients pay a membership fee to access services. Often this monthly cost is lower than inusrance deductible payments.
