Very unprofessional they cancelled my order and never notified me or refunded me until I call their call center. Also i checked my spam folders and there was no warning really needed the documents urgently.

This is my only local staples that I can go to. I usually just go for copies,printing. Theirs this young girl in the printing area that has no customer service. Everytime I go and wait in the counter she usually ignores me or doesn't greet me, and if I ask her for some kind of assistance she does it with a bad attitude, not sure why they even have her there. They need to train employees how to have good customer service, and be friendly. Unfortunately theirs no other Staples near by that I can go to.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by one of the 2 customer service associates at the print shop that someone would be right with. I did not have to wait long at all a couple of minutes until Mike was able to help me out. He was very professional and exceptional quick with what I needed help with. Path on the back for job well done. Great Job Mike!!!
