If I could give zero I would. I booked on a Tue for Friday and Saturday night and confirmed with front desk staff that I could cancel Friday Night up until Wednesday at 4pm, and only pay for Saturday. We were set to play a tournament in Mankato and didn't know what time, so we weren't sure if we needed Friday night. We live about 2 hours away. I called to cancel Friday Night on Wed morning, and she said that the price for Saturday, goes from $139 to $250...WHAT! my total cost for Friday and Saturday was $286 after tax, now I'm going to be paying more with just one night! She started yelling and screaming at me after I told her she never told me that yesterday when I booked. She continued to yell at me, and then said "I don't need you here" and Hung up. She cancelled my entire reservation! I had to scramble to find another hotel. Most are sold out due to the large tournament. VERY RUDE STAFF! Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Easy check in. Staff did their best to accommodate my requests. (1st floor near the entrance) When I asked for a later checkout time because of bad weather (motorcycle), I got a smile and a "no problem, we understand" Thanks ✌🏻

We went to check in this evening. Nobody was behind the desk, so I called their assistance line available at the front desk. As I waited for assistance, my daughter went to the complimentary breakfast bar to get a paper bowl. The gentleman came out acting belligerent and accused her of stealing. When I told him she was with me and we are guests, he directed his frustration towards me. I suggested that we cancel the reservation, which he agreed to, however I needed to call a 3rd party to do so. Not a problem, however as they were trying to reach him to cancel the reservation, he refused to answer the phone. Quite a strange interaction, to say the least. I recommend paying a few bucks more and avoiding this place if you can. Edit: The third party has received word back from this location and they have refused to cancel the reservation, so I am paying for a room at an establishment that refused to even check me in. Not only is the service here shameful, they are also liars and (in my case) thieves. The eventual downfall of this property due to horrendous management on all levels will be the only satisfying part of this interaction.

I booked two rooms months in advance, but when we came to check in, the worker said he was "uncomfortable" and canceled our rooms. We were not given a reason as to why he felt uncomfortable, we were just told to leave. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. He was rude, inconsiderate, and immature.
