Orders are never right, awhile back they doubled my order by accident. Wouldn't return my money, but they wanted the subs back. Told them I'd give them the food once I get my money back. They never responded. it was a big order by the way. $70 gone from that day. Another time tried to order, claimed they didn't receive my order but pulled the money from the account. Took three days to get it back. They pulled the same thing on my girlfriend the following week. Three strikes your out. Never going back. I'll spend the extra fuel to drive to winsted and get it from there. This location keeps blaming the app but winsted location never seems to have an issue.

The drive up menu was poorly calibrated and I was given a salad instead of the footlong I wanted. My mistake for not reviewing, so I took the salad. I had to throw it because there were no sauces I requested added, only 3 meatballs, and maybe the equivalent to 2 pepperoni sliced up for my additional 50 cents. There are a lot of junk subways out there and this place is above the line, but they can do better. Also - Spending 2.50 on a drink doesn't mean I want it filled to 90% ice and please put provalone on your drive through menu.
