Did a great job with my tires, but got a little thirsty trying to sell me brakes. Said I “needed new brakes now” and I was “down to 1mm.” After getting a $1k+ quote, I looked at the brakes myself, and there was 5mm left on the front pads. With a manual transmission car, this could last years. Don’t like liars so probably won’t go back to this location. Nice try guys!

I cannot even put into words how wonderful Joseph and Danny were today. I was having a horrible day with my car in the shop and driving my mom's car when I took a razor to the tire. I limped it in to the Les Schwab on Powell. There I found Joseph and Danny! They calmed me down and were super fast to get me a new tire and on my way to my next appointment all in the middle of their workplace being remodeled. Cool as cucumbers and they were amazing! Les Schwab you have 2 great guys and if you need top level customer service Joseph and Danny are them! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

You know em, you love em, it's the team at Les Schwab. Seriously, there might as well not be any other tire shop options because nothing comes anywhere close to the superb continuing service and genuine help you get from any Les Schwab employee. I've been an exclusive LS customer for 15yrs, across multiple stores and they never ever miss. Excellent advice on tires and other parts. It's too bad they had to hedge back what they offer at this *particular* location, due to non-compete agreement with a local lube shop, but it's still the same top notch Les Schwab experience!
