They do not use coupons here and they only had one poor young guy trying to run the shop had to wait 15 minutes for them to let me know they don’t use coupons and then another 10 minutes while he made a foot-long sandwich!!! Avoid the subway they obviously are very cheap owners! Who doesn’t let someone use a subway coupon???????

I got a call asking for me to pick up a cold cut combo, so of course I had to get the chicken bacon ranch! Yum! I had the chicken bacon ranch ( my used to be favorite) and, I have to say "I DON'T LIKE IT! Why did they change it to shredded chicken??? Why?? :-( :-(

It is the worst in the brainerd lakes area and surrounding ares. Worst customer service ever!! I had to order 2 sandwiches on 2 separate receipts because i needed a receipt with a separate total than my own sandwich so I could get paid back, and they had an attitude about it, like it was a huge inconvenience! I was the only one in line and in the store. Sara is so rude!!!!! . I won't be going back, ever. I will drive to Brainerd for my subs from now on!!!
