Great coffee, helpful and courteous staff nothing special just that it's convenient, consistent with other decent McDonald's I've visited. Visited several times and only had one issue where we have to ask for things like jelly, honey,ketchup or salsa. But I think it's all McDonald's doing that. They should at least ask if we need those things.

Drive thu is fast & easy going in is about the same. The staff is always friendly and nice. I'd go more often if the prices of the food didn't keep going up while the sizes get smaller. Compare prices of old McDonald's to now with what you got vs what you get you'd be amazed at what they call "inflation" meat isn't "100%" anything but it cost 100% the price. Tip: [for MC.corp] Change the price to reflect the hard times make a new slogan. For the great American Pride of food we introduce our new prices 1$ menu shouldn't not include food. A burger should still be available a Mc Chicken shouldn't be almost 3$ fries (SMALL/VALUE) shouldn't be almost 4$ come on how much do you need to squeeze out of people who need to feed the family. Make America great by making a change. You already pull me in at least once a week for a drink. 1$ a week from me guaranteed for a drink. Make it 2$ add a burger back to the 1$ menu, make affordable (affordable) again. Thank you for your time.

Very unsatisfied with the Hudson McDonald's!!! My order wasn't taken correctly, there was an employee on their cellphone distracting the order taker, and poor communication between the customer and employee. I tried to speak to a manager, but I'm not sure I was taken seriously. I also went to order a second fillet o fish, and didn't get cheese or tarter on it! Usually I'm a push over when it comes to bad customer service and brush it off as "maybe they're having a bad day", but this was absolutely terrible.

I just moved to the area. I have been to this McDonald’s 3 times and all three times my order was wrong. This time I order 2 6 pc happy meals, a fish sandwich and a medium fry. I got to the window and they had my order all screwed up. Tried to explain this to the young girl and she said that’s not what is on my screen. I said that’s what I ordered. She look at an older gentleman and said “ you deal with this old lady. I can’t “.I’ll never go back.
