Scheduled an online delivery and was met with issue after issue. After solving the issue they delivered a broken washer and dryer which they immediately took back to exchange. They did 3 other deliveries and never came back called. I had to call and scheduled another drop off and they “missed” that. Then they said it’d be 3 more days. I called back and was met with an attitude and yelling from the “store manager” Daniel (who obviously had no experience with customer service). Then was told they wouldn’t be doing business with me because I told him he was Extremely unprofessional. Needless to say I will be contacting their corporate office.

I was surprised and disappointed to learn that the application form, required to rent anything, asked for 3 references. This wasn’t a job application, but to rent a video game console. It shouldn’t be easier to rent a car than it is to rent a $200 game system, unfortunately it is. RAC has some work to do to make it easy to rent, I don’t want to involve other people in my simple transactions.
