I had an amazing experience with Ashley and Meghan . They helped me find some jeans (coming from someone who doesn’t own any) and they made sure to give me honest opinions about the jeans I was trying on. It was really helpful.

Wonderful sale items. It seems that the fashion world thinks that if your waist size goes beyond 38, your legs shrink up 4". But Old Navy had some nice pants in my size on sale, my new favorite store.

Don't expect any help or order. I just needed socks. I asked the employee for help, he scanned the ones I wanted and confirmed that they were in stock the size I needed but didn't want to go to the back to look for them. He told me to just order thet online. I asked him to go check and he left. I waited for him to return for 20 minutes. I finally went up front to check out and there he was. I asked him about the socks and he just shrugged.

I love Old Navy and shop frequently online with them. I had to make a personal trip to the store to do a return and I got there pretty early in the day. It was a weekday in early October, so this review is not based upon a busy weekend or a massive sale event. The store set-up was a wreck. Not like it was dirty, but like I walked into an episode of Hoarders. I immediately went to the back of the store to the children's section and I had to physically move the racks placed in front of the miniature aisles that they had set up. Sizes for the babies/toddler section were all mixed together, and having the racks apart by only 1 or 2 feet make it almost impossible to get through with a stroller. In the women's section all styles and sizes of jeans were just thrown onto tables in huge piles. It was so crowded with unnecessary racks of clothing that had not been put away yet, with the racks only having 5-6 things hanging each. Totally exhausting just being in there for 30 minutes. I will have to stick with the Old Navy in the Mall of America--much more organized.
