Joes On The River

If you go thru the drive thru check your bag I used to eat there in the mornings and there is ALWAYS food missing from our orders. I spoke to the manager about it and she said there was a bunch of new people on the line and that is why it keeps happening. Maybe it's not the new people on the front line, MAYBE it's the Manager who trained them. This is not an isolated incident at this location it is on going so its hard for me to believe it's because of new people and not there process or quality control. I should not have to check my bag of food before I leave the drive thru they should be checking it be they give it to me.

Very friendly staff and quick service. Even when one of our kids had an accident in the play area, they were very kind and didn't make the child (or the adult) feel bad. I appreciate their sensitivity and their kindness to our kids :)

The food was ok. But the Playland was not monitored. They made us buy socks for my grandson, when all the other kids were barefoot.

I'm not much of a hamburger enthusiast, but knew my wife would be hungry after her class so this was a convenient choice. Actually the food was tasty and fast as we traveled back home. The order was accurate and efficient and friendly.
