Visited this location last week and was really disappointed with the service. I emailed customer service immediately afterward and have yet to hear anything. I paid for an interior and exterior clean and the interior looked like it had been cleaned with a dirty rag. The whole dashboard was streaked. There was still dirt on the mats that I paid extra for them to clean, and they weren’t placed properly back in my car. The exterior clean was fine but basically ended up paying $40 for a simple car wash that would’ve been $10 at Holiday.

They charge way to much to not do a good cleaning of the inside of my vehicle. I have a small BMW X3 so it's not a lot to clean. But $45 to NOT clean my seats nor vacuum the back well. NOT COOL NOT COOL AT ALL. I shouldn't have to go behind the service and clean things myself for $45!

I was at the St. Louis park store today at 9:48 am. . There appeared to be a lot of staff, there were 3 talking to one another as I arrived. There was no line. I’ve always had good results bringing my car here in the past. But after today, I won’t be back. I had completely emptied my van so they didn’t have to work around anything. I’ve just spent the better part of an hour vacuuming and wiping down the interior where the staff didn’t clean. I’ll never recommend this site. I’ll never be back. I just wasted $45.16 plus $5/tip. And they didn’t even use the lemon scent. I’ve never left a bad review before for anything but this was just such a waste of my time and money

Friendly and hard working staff, but the dryers just don't get your car dry. The brushes are also pretty aggressive and can scrap your car, including damaging/bending your license plate. It would be better if there was a no or soft touch option.
