Positive: The distance from the event. Negative: No hot water,TV or Phone, (desk were aware,) repair person was scheduled for hot water repair at 7:30 ,9 a.m. no repair, tried other rooms in the hotel for hot water with no luck, late for the event, had to go to the hotel of a friend to shower.

Positive: The one and only person present was informative and apologetic for the state of things. He did not think it should be taking guests because they had no services available yet and the building hadn¿t even been cleaned up yet post purchase by Ramada. Negative: It was not ready to start taking guests. We could not stay as I was a mom alone on the road with a child. I¿m not going to stay in an empty building with a lone man at the locked front door. I was not offered other options through the helpline.

Negative: When we booked the hotel we weren't told they were going thru renovations and when we arrived we were told there was no tv. Also we could not use the poos or hot tub. This would have been nice to know since my search was with a pool.

Dirty older room. TV has no guide. Smell was horrible. Toilet keeps running. Restaurant is not open. Holes in the walls that were not fixed. Definitely paid to much.
