Taylor Simpson this guy was amazing! Got us a car right off the bat and he was honest and straight forward. Easy to work with. It was a 2011 and nicer than my 2017!!! Will definitely return but only to this guy! Highly recommend Taylor Simpson!!!

Pretty good overall experience. They know that they're selling premium vehicles and that they generally sell themself. Good people, not like a car lot trying to give you deals that sound good but aren't truly good.

It was quick and painless. They were courteous and listened to what I wanted. Let me test drive in a way that gave me good information on how it would handle in icy, snowy conditions. They took the time to ensure that I knew how to handle the car and all the special electronic devices like Automatic Vehicle Hold etc. Love this car.

Incredibly satisfying experience! Subaru of Spokane has true customer service and support. We dealt with the Service Department, Sales Department and Finance Department during our time here and none disappointed! The Service Department was packed with appointments but still made it a point to help us reschedule and when we showed up they were nothing short of amazing. Steve Greene, the Service Advisor, was who helped us. The Sales Department was phenomenal! Our one year old was all over the place and each salesman was so friendly and understanding. Our salesman, Logan Novak, was incredible. From start to finish, he kept up with all of our questions and made sure to explain something if we didn’t understand it right away. The Finance Department really made the whole experience that much better. Mary Alexander, the Finance Manager, was so professional and friendly. Overall we are truly amazed by everyone’s attention to service! Thank you Subaru of Spokane!

I have a 2014 Forester. The sensor for low windshield wash has stopped working. Would you know what the most common cause & fix for this? Have there been any recalls for this problem? Thank you.

Paul Kessinger | Aug 20, 2020
T Linville | Aug 20, 2020

It doesn't seem like this is a common problem and there isnt a recall that i can find for the forester. However, there are some options. The reset sequence is in the owners manual. I think the washer fluid should automaticly reset. Anyway, try turning the key to run and push the gas pedal all the way down 5 times in 3 seconds and see if that resets it, if you have not already tried it. You might also get a coat hanger or rod or something and stick it down the washer fluid filler and try to get the floater to come to the top. It might be stuck on something.

Do you guys sell lug nuts and studs separately

Call Subaru directly... this is just a Google search page for their site, it's not guaranteed they'll answer.

Can I order a connecting rod for my Subaru through you?

Dawson Adkins | Aug 21, 2019
Coastie Stacie | Aug 21, 2019

Call Subaru directly. You are asking through Google, and it's not guaranteed they will answer Google's listing. To get a correct answer, you may have to wait until tomorrow to call their service department. They're usually pretty great at answering the phone and able to answer questions. At least when I have called, I haven't had too many issues.
