I wish I wasn't moving after discovering this amazing little breakfast/bunch spot. The staff was terrific, even tho they were short staffed, and served us in a timely manner. Everything on their menu is homemade. I got the eggs Benedict (the hollandaise sauce was out of this world) and my boyfriend got their world famous chicken and waffles, which came out better than they described it! 10/10 would recommend the drive to Tootsie's so you can experience this little piece of heaven yourself, I promise you won't be disappointed! I plan on coming back if we're ever in pgh again!! Always support local

Awesome! We started coming here every Wednesday for a team breakfast, and it feels great to be treated so well. So many menu choices all good!

Great option for fish on Lenten Fridays. The Fishnado deal includes a big crispy filet, fries and slaw. (Special takeout only hours 3-7pm.) Since the dinner is usually only open for breakfast and lunch, I haven't made it in during regular hours. My fish sandwich is inspiring me to check it out on one of my days off!

Cute, family owned diner with a great home made food. My family really enjoys coming to Tootsie's for brunch and we are always excited to see what specials they have for the weekend.
