50th class reunion

I found the staff at the Holiday Inn and Parsons was very accommodating and friendly. Everyone spoke to us and smiled. We especially had a very good experience with Trina. She went above and beyond And was always friendly and and helpful we will definitely be back.

Traveling for business, staff was extremely friendly, common areas were clean. Room overall was clean, bathroom could have been a little cleaner. I would and probably will stay again.

We were pleased with our stay at this IHG hotel. The room was large enough to spread out in, and the cleanliness was top notch. The bed was very comfortable, & we love the walk in shower. We didn't have the linens for the sofa bed, but called the front desk & they brought them right up. Swimming pool was clean & not over chlorinated. The only complaint I have is that the mini fridge in the room does not have a freezer compartment to keep cooler ice packs frozen, however, I have found that to be the case in many places in the last 5 years.

Honesty is key, I have stayed here over 50 times and over 200 at other IHGs. My reviews have always been welcomed and have been thanked for them profusely by SPG Hotels, Ritz Carlton, 4 Seasons, Hiltons and Marriott's whether they were good or bad reviews. Reviews are meant for the management team to be responded to in a grateful manner, do everything they can to resolve the issue in a whole and to the reviewer. Never should a reviewer be disrespected especially in public and in front of staff. My review here is they have generally great staff, decent breakfast and clean rooms. I left a star off due to a recent experience otherwise it has always been good. If I have a conversation with a great person and they say they are moving on, then yes I make an offer, otherwise I leave it alone. I would love to return to this hotel in the future as my plans were to stay for many weeks this year, though I have other options.
