Very nice new motel in a commercial area of Hutchinson. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. The room was gorgeous with very high end linens. Free breakfast was good.

Had two rooms. 1 was fine. 1 had king and pull out. pull out sofa was broken. Head position was lower than feet. Obviously, not checked by house cleaning as there was popcorn all under the coushons and trash under couch. Airconditioner was broken. Would turn on for 10 min then turn off. Stains on all bed sheets. Smelled bleachy and stained. Phones did not work. Front desk said the phones were down and had been for 24 hours. I brought it up with the front desk they said well if you would have called we would have maybe moved you or discounted your rate but since you didn't have a great day. Not interested in customer satisfaction.

Positive: The room was extremely clean and the hotel was very nice for the cost of the room. The super friendly front desk staff had everything ready already when I walked in the door. Bed was nicer than the Hilton I stayed in earlier in the week. Will stay again

Came in late after midnight and they were available and available on the phone. Check-in was quick and easy. Rooms were clean and of good size. Bathroom was clean and room had no smells. Breakfast in the am was so so as they were out of juice and selection was meh. Took one star off for the breakfast. Otherwise stay was clean and excellent. If I had to complain about something it was that the room was almost 80% f had to turn on the cold so we could get to sleep much to hot for sleeping. Got the temp down in 30 min or so.
