By far my worst experience at Dunkin. They have been slipping for a while but I decided to give them one last chance. Almost my entire order was wrong. Asked for assorted ten piece donut holes and got all jelly filled. No sprinkles on the donut for my kid. Burnt hash browns. My breakfast sandwich had two turkey patties instead of turkey, egg, and cheese??? Staff did not say a word to me when I pulled up, just handed me my incorrect order. I don’t believe I’ve ever had an order that had everything in stock there since they first opened. I will never go there again. I would usually not post such a bad review but every visit I’ve had there in the last two years had been horrible. Hopefully they can start fixing whatever it is that is failing them.

Went Sunday 7/24 morning for our grand children and were told : We are out of snacking bacon, out of hot chocolate powder and blender is broken, we are out of Sprinkles and not sure when will have any in. Also our lights do t work over our donuts so hopefully you can see them. Very bad service , worst Dunkin service and all have ever seen from any site even not donut location. Highly recommend to go elsewhere if you want anything.

This restaurant is really inconsistent... sometimes there great but half the time my food is cold or burn... today my son got a cold sandwich that had half a bun on top? Last time I got stuffed bagels and the middle was frozen.. please tell the staff if it takes an extra minute to make our food the right way we won't be mad about the wait :)

I enjoy Dunkin Donuts’ bagel sandwich for lunch. They are frequently out of bagels or only have raisin cinnamon which does make a good breakfast sandwich. Today, not only no bagels, but no sour dough for lunch sandwiches. You are losing sales you don’t see and making me want to go elsewhere for breakfast as well.
