I ordered a few simple things through the app - one diet drink and one regular. They gave me 2 regular, which I can’t have due to sugar content. I called and talked to the manager who offered nothing and didn’t seem to care. When I got upset with him he literally hung up the phone when I asked for his name. I called back and got another worker who miraculously didn’t know the manager’s name and also refused to give me his own name. He started whistling and then eventually hung up. Moral of the story - don’t go here. Ever. Management clearly doesn’t care and won’t even give you their name. I called the corporate number and asked for contact from local franchise owner - no call ever came. This place is a joke and the ‘manager’ probably can’t even spell manager let alone manage a restaurant.

I wish I read the reviews before ordering my sausage breakfast burrito. This is just sad. 1 bite of cheese, 1 bite of sausage, SAD!

I waited 5 minutes in the drive thru after paying for what I was told would be fresh food (it wasnt). The cheeseburger was very sad looking and thrown together with no care, hence the cheese on the bottom of the patty. I've visited this sonic before so I know you can do way better. You get 2 stars because the employee working the drive thru window was very polite, even though she lied about fresh food.
