Good sit down restaurant. Not that fancy or low key. Just a decent family style restaurant. We ordered the 24 inch lobster roll to split. They use entirely claw meat which is fine given the price and expectations. I really liked the warm ciabatta bread it came in. The fried calamari was good and so were the fried clams. I think all the food was just good but nothing spectacular.

My sister and her boyfriend took me here for lunch. The place is cute and quaint. The main reason for us being here was the clam chowder and the 2 foot lobster rolls. The clam.chowder was piping hot and chunky with clams. At first we were told after placing our lobster orders that the shipment didn't come in today. Just as we were going to leave we were told that the lobsters arrived! So we got 1 2-foot butter lobster roll and 1 2-foot cold lobster roll. Hands down best food I've had in a long time. We also got mussels that were really good.

Wonderful hometown restaurant with wide variety on the menu, plus a nice soup and salad bar. Lobster was excellent, and I also loved the corn chowder. Service was excellent and the prices were very reasonable as well.

Denise was so fantastic! She made our time at the B&C amazing. The baked haddock special, the pork chop special, and never ending soup and salad did us in so fast with the best ingredients! It wasn't even just the tons of fresh prepared ingredients but also the potato salad, hard boiled eggs, pasta salad, etc. It was incredible! I'd recommend this to anyone! There's something for everyone!

Depends on the time of year. But I wouldn't think so unless it is a holiday weekend.
All staff I saw or came in contact with were masked and maintained proper distances. Customers are required to wear masks to and from their table and are spaced out around the dining area. Salad bar is temporarily closed. Must leave a phone number in case contact tracing is needed.
On Easter Sunday we have our Breakfast Buffet from 8am to 11am $9.99 adult. After we clean up we have our special Holiday menu from 12 noon until close (or we run out of food) Right now though we are thinking of briskets and corned beef...
There currently is no Sunday Breakfast due to staff shortages.
Hi Ruth... yes, as long as we are healthy and have staff.... currently closed on Thursday's
No they do not
Due to the ongoing staff shortage, regrettably we are unable to serve guests on Thanksgiving.
I did not see a sign saying that they were when we were there
Hi Scott All self service, buffets, bars etc are still prohibited in Maine. Sorry
The Sunday Breakfast Buffet is on temporary suspension, due to the Governor's Executive order prohibiting: Buffets and self service.
No.
Sunday 8-11Am. Excellent buffet, great food for everyone. If you leave hungry,it's your own fault.
Not at this time. But they should be hiring summer help in a couple of months.
