I went to Bob’s Discount Furniture to purchase a new bed. The salesman who took care of me was Edwin. He is an excellent salesman! I told Edwin I wanted to purchase a queen size bed. Edwin was professional, friendly, accommodating, and polite. In 30 minutes, the sale was complete. Edwin was very helpful and I appreciate his expertise! He deserves a raise!

Earl at Bobs discount Manhattan is AMAZING!!!! He was so patient with me and my family! He helped us make some very important decisions, he stayed late just to make sure we were fully satisfied before leaving!!! He was patient, kind, funny, and fully committed to helping us! Ramon was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I came in to get a new sofa set for my mom for mother's day and birthday. He was very attentive but also have us the space to look around and feel things out. When we had questions about different options or color or availability, he was on the spot to help us. He was very personable and I felt he was looking out for our best interests not just a commission. If I'm ever in the area, I'd stop by to tell him hello. I'm looking forward for our new sofa(s) next Saturday. Thanks bob's and thank you Ramon.

Went in to bobs a couple weeks ago. Made two visits, both times working with the same salesman, Jesus. He was very helpful, and assisted me with my entire purchase. Today I received my order which is missing a piece!! No one called or emailed me to notify me before hand that the missing piece was back ordered!. The delivery guys had no idea there was a piece missing. I called the store and spoke with a sales woman named Amanda who said she would send an inquiry form to the vender to see when the missing piece would be available and said i should receive a response within 48-72 hours.... I will be in the store today to get answers!!

You can show up but take your temperature at door &you have to sanitized your hands
They have the worst guarantee they don't stand behind anything They misrepresented there goofproof additional backup its a scam to take your money. When something happens they tell you its not a " manufacturer's defect" and won't fix or replace as told to me by the sales woman Very dissatisfied with Bob's Furniture!
The prices are below what other furniture store offer for similar merchandise. It's hard to beat as they have good quality furniture.
