First time experience at any Firehouse location (I received a gift card from work). I had the medium beef and cheddar brisket just straight up with bbq sauce. Although a bit pricey the sub was very tasty and I do love brisket. My complaint here was the very small amount of meat in the sub, sure was nothing like the picture on the menu board. For this reason I probably won’t be a frequent flyer.

Used to love this place when i first discovered it. Delicious subs and ingredients, good prices and fresh. However, they need to retrain staff, thats for sure, or at least teach them that certain customers have diet restrictions fo a reason. I placed an online order the other day and unchecked mayo and cheese on my veggie sub, And low and behold. What was on my sandwich?. It was more like a stick of lard with a few veggies thrown in. The one thing i hate about any restaurant in ME. Please teach your sandwich makers to read in between the lines. Custom options are there for a reason. Next stip Subway!

The name of business sums up what they specialize in. The staff are very friendly, and patient as you look at the menu on the wall that is large enough to read. I ordered a medium club my wife ordered a medium brisket. You can tweak your sub for veggies or different cheese the staff are nice enough to explain substitutions. Great place worth the visit.
