Overall a great place to live.. that is if you can deal with the pedantic landlord. However, I don't think he is directly responsible as these condos are owned by a parent company. The guy who owns this parent company is a real miser. They charged me $100 because I left the keys in the unit instead of dropping them off at the office. They charged me $50 for "Cleaning" even though I hired a professional cleaning service. It was pristine when I left; maybe even cleaner. Stay away if you want to deal with someone more reasonable. Not a mom/pop shop whatsoever. They act like they are from Los Angeles or something. You've been warned.

We're trapped and can't wait to get out. Since we've lived her we've had a ton on problems with things not working such as the microwave turning on by itself, the garage door button doesn't shut the door sometimes, we've had a major problem with all sorts of bugs coming into the house, and the sprayer for the sink won't pull out without tugging hard and it won't retract by itself either. You pay an outrageous amount of money to live here to stay away from unwanted people but you end up feeling like a prisoner to management. They're money hungry and ready to fine you at any second to make money off you when I constantly see people breaking rules and nothing happens. They pay for landscaping and 90% of the grass is dead so they cut the grass once a month, it looks horrible. I've heard from multiple sources they keep your security deposit for the smallest things to clean or repair the living space. We have trim around doors that are chewed from previous owners and all they did was paint over it. This place is overall a joke, can't wait to leave, and can't believe I'm spending this much money for what I'm getting.
