Outrageous price gouging I can understand marking hard to get items up 10 to 20 percent but asking the same price as a 1000 primers for a 100 is not the way to go about it.

They answered the phone nice. However they didn’t understand that a parts kit for a lower receiver doesn’t have to be on a ghost gun or 80% lower. It may have been the lady on the phone may not have been knowledgeable about firearms, however I’ll be going else where for future purchases for that lack of common knowledge.

Knowledgeable, helpful, professional and honest. Great customer service. I especially enjoyed talking with Mr. Jones. I highly recommend this business for all your firearms and reloading needs

As a first time buyer I was in this establishment with my family. First impression was the store was neat and clean. I know the owner is a great guy and I'm sorry his employee was the cause to lose a sale. My family and I were treated very rude and it was obvious that we were a bother to the gentleman helping us. He rarely looked up from his phone and snapped when my father asked him questions. It's unfortunate as we always had great experiences here before. This time around I made my purchase elsewhere. Hopefully they correct this employees attitude before they lose more sales.

I think that everyone charges about the same, when all is said and done. I only went to Marshall Jones' training so I can't speak about others. I got my money's worth out of it. Marshall isn't just competent, he is skilful and proficient. He enjoys teaching, it shows. From rank beginners to people with years of experience, Marshall made everyone a better shooter.
