I got a recommendation to try out Jubilee for breakfast. Since I couldn't make it for breakfast, I decided to give their dinner a try. Ordered the chicken parm with the clam chowder as a side. You'll notice this is a super popular restaurant the moment you come to the parking lot. There were zero (literally none) spots open so we parked at a nearby business. Loads of people waiting outside, too. I was quite disappointed with the food, especially since it's from one of the most popular restaurants near Effort/Mt. Pocono. When I first looked at the chicken parm, I thought the presentation was great. But visually appealing doesn't equal delicious. I took one bite of the chicken and realized just how soggy the breading was. And, the breading was also pretty thick. I'm not sure how it got so soggy, since there was very little sauce on the chicken. It's tough to keep chicken parm crispy for takeout, but we picked up the food almost as early as possible. The chicken itself was cooked well, though. Good amount of cheese which was tasty, but that's about it. The pasta was also surprisingly not great. I like al dente pasta, but this was too al dente for me. And, as you can see from the photo, there is very little sauce on the pasta. It was all placed on a little side of the container. If they used more sauce and cooked the pasta well, this could have been a nice side. On the positive side, the portions are huge. The meal could easily be split between 2 or maybe even 3 people. But, what good is paying $18.5 for a huge entree if it's not tasty? The clam chowder was okay. I thought it was creamy, had a fair amount of clams, and nice chunks of potato. Another member of my group wasn't a fan of the soup, though. All in all, I'm simply a bit let down. Maybe this place is genuinely good at breakfast? Most of my other part members agreed the food was nothing special, and only the kid's meals received rave reviews.

My rating is 3.5 stars. Everything was okay, to include service, setting, and food. No one in our group had breakfast foods so I am unsure how those compare. I probably would not eat here again on my own choosing, but it is good enough that if someone else wanted to try it again I could be persuaded to go.

Stopped in for breakfast and had a wonderful meal. My wife had the crabs Benedict and I had the kielbasa and eggs bowl. The food was very good and our waitress was very competent. My hash browns on the bottom could have been a little more done but other than that everything was delicious.

Hands down best fries in the area. Very crispy and the beef and gravy get out of here. Nashville chicken sandwich was great. Kids meals are prefect proportions.
