It took time to get the Tuscon Hybrid we wanted. Dealer kept me up to date on progress. Finally was able to pick it up yesterday. Our salesperson, Seth, spent a lot of time going over the features of the car. Drove it home and all is well. Today Seth called to make sure things went smoothly on our ride home. Very smooth, helpful and professional dealership.

Needed an oil change under Hyundai’s “free maintenance” program. We had traveled from GA to ME and crossed the oil change due mileage mid-trip. I called the folks at Rowe to see if they could help. My daughter in law and son were in transit to the area from Tenants Harbor. They graciously made an appointment for the time they would arrive and all went well! A pleasant surprise!

I had an awesome experience at Rowe Hyundai after my engine imploded. Jess in the service department is incredible and I definitely would not have made it through without her. She helped diligently throughout the entire months long process of renting a car, getting different parts replaced, and dealing with my panicked phone calls. Everyone else that works in that department was so nice and helpful. Hyundai did a great job on the fix in general and I will always be grateful for their help. 5/5, 10/10, will be returning for everything in the future.

Jim Mathews was my sales associate and he was such a pleasure to work with. Very honest and up front about everything, and unlike other dealerships, actually made an effort to get my business. Buying in such a tough market with limited vehicle availability was not ideal, but Jim made sure I got my vehicle in the best possible time frame and was able to move things around to make it work for me when plans changed. I thoroughly appreciated him making this process easier, especially since I didn’t live right nearby. Rowe also does not charge over MSRP, which is a welcome change from other dealerships trying to take advantage of the current situation. The only negative thing I have to say is regarding their finance department and the lack of communication. Short staffed or not there is no excuse for them to ignore my phone calls and messages. I still believe overall this has been the best dealership I have ever worked with though, so I won’t let that change my rating.

Hello Sherri - It will depend on if the key needs to be cut and programmed. On average it will take at least an hour. You will need to bring in a copy of your motor vehicle registration and a driver's license with your picture on it to verify that you are the owner of the vehicle. We cannot cut a key without them due to new federal regulations. I f you have any further questions, please feel free to give our service department a call at 207-854-2555.
