We went to get donut hole and Icecaps. There were several people inside and they all just walked by us. I finally said no one has talked to us and the manager came to inform us they had very few donut left, didn’t ask about Sri I’d or anything. I asked when they closed and they said 10pm, it was 4:30pm. When no one asked us another question, I simply said we would go somewhere else that had better customer service and they didn’t even care. Things like this give all Tim Hortons a bad name. We come to this area once a year and always look forward to gettIng donuts, but we will be finding a different location or possibly a different place to get donuts, Dunkin’ is close so maybe that’s our new go to. Very disappointed!

It’s hot or miss on the speed of service but the service is pretty darn good. Quality of the products are always consistent and delicious

Service is slow but generally friendly. The food is not very good though. Not sure about the donuts but the breakfast sandwiches and wraps leave a whole lot to be desired.

There were fruit fly's on the donuts. Told 2 employees about it. They said yea we know. We have a problem with them. They just kept on reaching in and filling orders like nothing was wrong.
