Sort of. The usual day they have set aside is no more, as they can't keep up with the massive amount of trash in one day. However, from what I read, they're going to be giving out a voucher of some sorts that you can possibly pick your own day to bring in the items you intended to dispose of on free dump day.
Anything.. household trash is free everything else has a fee. You can get a price list at the dump
At town hall or at dump office when open..
