T mobile has left a very bad taste in my mouth. I had a horrible experience where they set lines up in my name while doing an estimate, and I got billed 2 months later with a threat that I was going to collections. After being sent in circles between the rude customer service people in the store and on the 800 number, I finally got help from someone named Justin when I went into the store in person. Justin had it all resolved in a timely manner. It was one of my worst experiences with customer service but Justin himself was amazing and really took the time to get this fixed. I am so sad that this all happened, as I wanted to work with Tmobile, but because of this experience, I will forever be a loyal straight talk customer.
