One star! Tried to go in and get a donut and coffee and saw a lot of angry customers WAITING as many other reviewers had stated. This is one of the worst or if not the worst Dunkin locations I have ever visited. This location needs to make a wholesale change of staff and their regional management for not changing what is broken. Shame on you responsible management of this franchise location. Lastly, there were suspect characters hanging outside of this establishment as well. How in the hell for White Plains??? It is the most 2nd highest living expense area in the country!!!

On saturdays they are good to go to for whatever you need. On sunday there is one dark skinned guy there that makes the coffee terrible and soupy,and the food burnt and hard

A few good employees and a few slow ones. I should not have to wait for some one to take my order because they want to congregate in the back.

They've gotten better at making signature drinks, but need to work on prioritizing mobile orders. I purposely check in when I am about 5 minutes away to give them time to have my order ready by the time I get there and still had to wait 10 minutes once I got there despite there being 3 people working. Customers that walked in after me and placed their orders at the register walked out before me.
