This restaurant was excellent! We went for a Friday night date night. Ambiance was very nice, romantic, lower lighting, pretty and clean. As soon as we entered the manager greeted us super friendly, personable and recommended we take our time and sit at the bar to start off with a drink if we’d like and our table was ready as soon as we were ready. The service was exceptional. The waiter checked on us constantly and was accommodating for anything we needed. We got an app of tomato and mozz which was super fresh. Lobster bisque was excellent, usually I find this soup to be fishy at most restaurants but not here! Salad was super fresh and crunchy and dressing was perfect, just the right amount. We got steak, lobster tails, mashed potatoes and broccoli and everything was cooked PERFECT and so tasty! The steak was juicy and super tasty! And that’s with it being medium well…most people cringe that I get my steak medium well, but they cooked it closer to medium and it was perfect and still juicy even though done more than most others typical like steak. Overall we can’t wait to go back and highly recommend it.

Sparkill Steakhouse is a lovely restaurant in Rockland County near Piermont. I officiated a wedding there on Saturday afternoon. I did not eat there so I cannot comment on the quality of their food. The greeting from the gentleman at the front door was less than warm, "Upstairs," were his exact words as he pointed 👉. The wedding, however, was much warmer and memorable!

Just celebrated our sons 18th birthday here. The steak was superb. They served a generous portion, including the sides! Their service was outstanding!!! A truly memorable evening! Will definitely come back again!

The ambiance was AMAZING! During the pandemic social distancing was observed and the hospitality made us feel welcomed and right at home. Our food was delicious and the service was great! We dined on salads, filet mignon, grilled shrimp, sliced sirloin, sauteed broccoli, creamed spinach and a baked potato all deliciously prepared and seasoned to perfection! We later had desserts consisting of the absolute best vanilla ice cream, and a chocolate mousse pie with whipped cream that tasted like it was made in heaven. Will definitely be returning to Sparkill Steakhouse.
