Not very impressed with this place. Me and my wife came here for dinner on our 12th anniversary. We waited about 25 minutes to sit down then waited 15 more minutes till we were asked about what we wanted to drink, then waited another 30 minutes to order any food and waited almost an hour before we even got our food. My wife ended up getting the surf and turf fajitas and I got the pork belly. The waitress asked how she liked her steak and she wanted medium rare. Well they end up cooking the steak all the way done and they over seasoned the shrimp to where the seasoning was burned on. The waitress wasn't rude but she seem to forget about us when we asked for the check multiple times.

We had an excellent dinner: Surf and turf fajitas - shrimp and steak were cooked just right, and plenty of fixings to go along with it! Also, the other half had Flank steak and beet salad, which was also prepared perfectly! Great service too, and the meals were priced competitively. Looking at what some of the diners ordered makes me want to return and try more menu items too! Also PSG has a daily specials menu.

Owner (who calls himself a chef) is a total princess. Ordered the NY steak blue rare. It came out medium, at best. Sent it back and was informed by some nasty old lady that the “chef” refuses to refire the steak as he feels it was rare. I showed her a picture of steak temperatures and said our steak looked nothing like this. She didn’t care. I asked to speak with him. She said if he comes out he is just going to throw us out. Stunned, I said ok. She then threw us out, What kind of insecure chump of a man can’t accept he overcooked a steak and would rather send an old woman to handle his business. Try this place if you like, the mediocre Mexican Tex/mex fare is a nice change in an area dominated by seafood. But beware of the fragile owner.
