Amazing service and honesty all around. Handled my 2011 f350 powerstroke like nothing. Rotated tires inspected brakes and replaced the front calipers and changed both my fuel filters. Very honest and transparent. Will was awesome at front desk and the mechanic AJ was very legit. He told me what I knew, my calipers were bad and he wasn’t gonna let me go out in a heavy truck with bad brakes. He got it done and I feel very confident in my truck once again!

On 1/22/2022 I had an appointment (9am) for my son's car to get tires. I dropped the car off at said time for 4 new tires (price and tires were confirmed days prior to appt) and an alignment. At 3:45pm I arrived back at Wall location, since I did not here any updates. When I arrived, I was told they still needed to do alignment, but new tires were on. About an hour later (now waiting at dealership) I was told a rear bolt was rusted and "busted" so they could not do the alignment. I asked what needed to be do and the tech advised me that they fixed the bolt, and everything was OK, but the alignment could not be done. It was now 5pm and I paid and got into my car. However, after turning on car and driving 10ft the air pressure indicator came on and stayed on. Frustrated and exhausted now I went back in and told the advisor. They sent a tech back out and said the tire valves including the full spare had to be re-set. The tech tried to get the rear tire cover off, but could not, but said he re-set the valves. I got back in car and after 35 feet the indicator came back on. The store was now closing, and I was just too exhausted to turn around. I went back at 9am on Sun 1/23, hours before I had to take my son back to college. Another tech came out and eventually was able to get my tire cover off and re-set all the values (45min). The tech then told me he could not get my tire cover back on. At this point and in a time crunch I just put the cover in the back of the truck. I did not let my son take the truck to school, as I needed the cover back on and wanted to make sure the "bolt" issue was ok. I filled out the survey you asked and have not heard a peep. I did ask for someone at Mavis to find a shop that could put my tire cover back on and make some type of price adjustment for my time and frustration. ****Today is 3/172022 and I have still not heard any response from Mavis. Three e-mails we sent , plus a completed customer survey.

HORRIBLE!! I made an appointment three days in advance for an oil change. Was there on time and was asked to leave my car because they were behind. I didn’t have someone to pick me up. It was a simple oil change. This was a second chance as previously I had two fuses replaced by them that took less than five minutes and was charged over $80.00. The fuses were already in and I needed them so I was stuck!! I feel as a woman, they took complete advantage of me!! I now tell everyone to steer clear of this business!!

Great experience at the Mavis in Wall. Brittany was super friendly and honest, telling me I didnt need 4 tires, only 2. They took me in just before closing and did the work fast and efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour plus an oil change. Ill be back. Good service is hard to find. Especially these days.
