Billy Armando I understand you are the mgr at the Shore Club in Spring Lake. My wife and I just stayed there three days, and just checked out- Room 170. I thought you might appreciate a little feedback The food is wonderful, as is the bar and the mixologist , once they open. The staff is terrific, friendly. Some issues There is a construction crew working on windows in the cocktail hour room- These guys, 4 of them, use the pool along with guests- alcoholic drinks in hand, cigarettes in the mouth - they even sit on the steps, the one place a paying customer can enter the pool. Not great. Also the lack of an elevator is not wonderful either A senior citizen with even modest luggage would have quite a challenge scaling the steps . The front steps in the lobby, the back steps are badly in need of repair- Rusty railings, broken bricks on steps- Not good Customer

We had retirement party there with flare. The entire staff felt actually invested in our needs and ensured we were happy throughoutthe entire event; even helping coordinate a surprise guest. Chelsea was consistently available and responsive to my emails and calls. The food was great.

My daughter's wedding was there and it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Chelsea, Frankie, and Mr.Perez with his staff are top quality!! The venue is beautiful and they make sure to take care of everything so that we weren't stressed. Now I noticed that there was a review about the rooms. Yes they are still renovating so the rooms weren't as new as the venue but I have no doubt that they will have those done soon. The attention to detail that this venue has gives me the confidence to be able to recommend it and for you to know that they are going to blow you away!!! I could go on and on! I feel like I have become family with this staff!! They are FANTASTIC!! Definitely check it out for yourself!!!!

We had a wedding here and the staff were amazing!! The venue was awesome! The food was great! However, the room that we stayed at had a little to be desired. The wall near the entrance in our room had dry paint bubbles, around the same area had some brown stains on the ceiling. My bed was a little crooked and the A/C wasn’t the greatest. But, the TV, shower and most of the lamps worked well. I recommend this place for a wedding, not to stay.
