Chris in the print area was OUTSTANDING. Had 2 large files (about 250+ pages) from my cell that I desperately needed paper copies. Tried 2 other places before trying Staples. No one was willing to help. Drove an hour to Staples in hopes someone would help. Chris walked me through the entire process which was painless, other than my pride for for not knowing how to do this on my own. Great customer service!!! Staples will be my first stop next time!! I tried to ship something. I asked how much it would cost. Well, you know, it would be a lot. Can you tell me how much. Well, you know, is have to get a box and weigh it. So sorry. It would have been better if she just was honest and said she didn't want to do it.

Bad customer service. No one greeted me as I walked through the door. I stood and waited at the printer center for a few minutes and no one greeted me there either. I had to go looking for an employee to help me. The employee that I got the attention of tried to help me, but explained to me that he did not work in the printing section. A page printed with little to nothing on it and he said that I would be refunded for that. He asked me to wait for the printing expert and walked away. An employee came to the printing section and never asked if he could help me. Did not acknowledge that I was even there. I walked up and asked for help and instead of helping me, he continued to do whatever he was doing and, without looking at me, told me what I was doing wrong. I noticed that another customer had asked the original employee who “helped” me for help and he also, continued to work on stocking shelves, without helping the customer find what they were looking for. Needless to say, I will be going elsewhere from now on. (I also never got a refund).

This store is not overly cramped with product. I was looking for office chairs and found a great selection. I would definitely recommend this store for the Bangor area since there are few options available. This store was clean and organized and had a large variety of chair options. I would recommend it.

Sure do!! Plus, with Staples Rewards you'll get $2 per ink or toner cartridge recycle up to 10 Pro month, or 20 if you are a premier Rewards member. Of course you can recycle over the limit you just won't get the $2 credit after the limit per month. And have to spend a minimum of $35 on ink or toner in the last 180 days
Recommendation: only the person who made the purchase can receive the store credit. Return the unopened cartridges, get the money, then purchase a gift card for your friend. This will be 2 transactions. Hope this helps.
They can have it shipped to the store, but I don't believe they carry any at the Bangor location

I can't seem to find a manual, however if you Google there are a few fixes for specific problems
From what I have seen the machines are strictly printers
