Order online, and was told it would be ready in 7 minutes. I got there and join drive thru to pickup my order then i was told that order wasn't ready and that I should wait in parking lot, they'll bring it when it is ready. I was there waiting for over 40 minutes, when they finally bring my order, not even the courtesy to apologize for having me waiting that long. Poor customer service.

Food was terrible, chicken was very dry and not fresh. Also we gave some of the chicken to our children and it was hot and spicy. Mac and cheese tasted burnt. Was really looking forward to eating KFC after not having it for a long time very disappointed. I encourage everyone to find another KFC to go to.

Mediocre at best....chicken was overcooked or old. I hadnt had it in over a year, so I was really looking forward to tasting the Original recipe! Got my 2 piece with cole slaw and was very disappointed. Atleast the cole slaw was good. The service was decent.

One of the worst KFC's I have ever been to. I specified "extra crispy" and they gave me dried out, burnt original recipe (leaving it in the fryer extra long doesn't make it extra crispy). I ordered a leg and thigh, they gave me a wing and breast. The biscuit was a hockey puck and they were out of mac n' cheese at 3pm. I love KFC and I am not picky. But this food was INEDIBLE. Will not be back. Sidenote, the meatless nuggets are horrible. They taste/smell like Burger King's chicken nuggets from back in 2000. The breading is not the same recipe/flavor as KFC.
