Bad customer service. The men do a very haphazard job with little attention to detail. The staff is generally rude and won't vaccum your trunk in the 20$ package. When I asked about it they wanted to charge me 5$ extra. However I have used their lube service where I got my wiper blade fixed and also got the air filter replaced. The guy who works at the lube service is quite professional. But for the rest, the less said the better. I won't be coming back.

I am not one to leave reviews as often, but I had to say something about this place. I paid $30 for a full service that included cleaning outside, dusting inside, cleaning rims and adding tire shine. It didn't take them 5 minutes to finish (which is ok, as long as the service is done). I get to my car and it looks like it was parked on the street on a rainy day. The outside was wet (barely cleaned). The inside was exactly the same as it was when I brought it, however they managed to leave my mats soaked. The rims were untouched, literally in the same condition as before. I asked to speak with the manager and he refused to give me even a partial refund. I found another car wash 3 minutes south from these guys. I took my car straight there and they were great. Disputed my entire charge and will never return here.

Didn’t get to use their services , woman on the phone was nasty. She hung up on me twice , before I could ask my question. I understand it may be busy but you could relay that information. I wanted to inquire if I could get my brakes checked today as well as an interior detail and super synthetic oil change. I guess they do so well , they don’t need the new customers . Still on the search for a great car wash , guess this was not the one.

I like their system, you queue up, get off, driver drives it in the car wash, you go inside, pay and wait or watch your car go through the wash and then you go outside and wait for everything else to be done. I requested for the Diamond wash, cost about $38 and added $5 tips on the box. Though, I am so not happy with the service, everyone sprays and wipes but doesn't seem to pay attention to where they are wiping and suppose to be cleaning. They left my mats wet and caused white markings on them, also few paper garbages on the driver's door was not even taken out. Lastly, exterior was somewhat wiped.. To me this kind of service is no Diamond tier. I'm now back on the for a better car wash in the future.
