Where do I even begin... On a Saturday night, I'm grateful I was seated within 2 minutes of entering the restaurant, since after waiting for around 25-30 minutes, I was told I had to move because my table had no waiter. Was the lack of employees my fault? After a few more minutes, I returned to the front desk to inquire about the status, and was informed that everything was OK and that someone will be assigned to our table. Without even introducing himself, the server began accepting orders. I ordered a few appetizers and three main courses. It seems like employees were not in mood to work that night. Anyways, My order arrived all at once after being presented with breadsticks and salad, as if they couldn't serve the appetizers first and then the main dish after few mins. Server forgot to even ask about parmesan cheese on the food as their standard protocol. As a result, we were only able to finish the appetizersq, and my family and I were unable to enjoy the meal as planned.

Good place with excellent value for money. The staff were friendly with a good attitude as well. They always appeared to have a friendly simple, but when we wanted to reorder we couldn't catch the eye of anyone easily though they were nearby; a slight scope for improvement there. The soups are delicious but the starters take the crown. Most of the entrees were a bit too heavy and cheesy, but that there are those who prefer it that way, I'm sure. Vegetarians have a few good options as well. They had seating for 20 people but it felt a bit cramped with all the plates and bowls on the table (especially after two years of social distancing, might not have noticed before this). Party layouts need to be better thought out and rearranged. Also the cutlery was old and did not feel especially clean, I saw more than one person around the table wiping the plates with their napkins. Overall, we had a good time there.

Our server, Axel, was really attentive and helpful! The food was great, the drinks too. But the breadsticks were really salty, like way too salty 😩 so I couldn't enjoy them.

We didn't wait long to be seated. The food came right away. The berry sangria was so good. The staff was friendly and nice.
