A great breakfast and lunch place, when you need an absolutely, "no frills", but good quality food, type of "eatery".

Family owned and run with a Delicious breakfast while offering an exceptionally warm atmosphere. Perfect tone for morning and non morning people. Can't wait to try lunch. Prices look good too. Plus, only place open at 5am around here with a full blown diners arsenal. It was a pleasantly unexpected yet most welcome Cozy Corner.
