I found this site after many failed attempts at seeding my lawn with seed from other companies I found at Home Depot and I can say without a doubt that this company has the best freshest and cleanest seed around. It germinates super fast is strong, grows very clean. The customer service is exceptional and very responsive with every question answered and has a wide selection of other products available as well. I definitely will be purchasing more centipede next spring as soon as I can. I have made some test plugs to plant in 2x2 starter pods (pics attached) and will be updating this review as soon as they take root. It is too late in the season this year to purchase more but without any reservations I will be back for more.

Ordered a single item. A replacement part. Weights a couple ounces, cost was around $11. Shipping was over $13, and after 8 days, it still had not left the warehouse. The only unsolicited communication was on day two, when the shipping label was printed. Canceled my order. Customer service was good and polite. Refund was applied quickly.

I’ve been using and buying this from different sellers for years. It works!!! I love buying it from seed world USA because the price remains the same. The shipping is not as fast as others but I’m willing to wait. I will definitely buy here again.

Tried contacting them for some help as my shipment has been held in customs since March 3. Tried 3 times already and I haven't heard anything back and my items are to be considered abandoned by customs on March 18 and even if I am able to get it, FedEx is charging me daily storage fee. Just a heads up really for international purchasers. Although Seed World USA allows the purchase on their site and ship internationally doesn't mean your country allows you to do it. They mention in their site at one of the links at the bottom that you'll need Federal Phytosanitary Certificate but I'm not sure if Seed World USA will provide that as I haven't heard from them at all. I only found this out after running into the problem and trying to find some help from them on their website. Also, when I purchased my item, I was given the price for UPS and the price of shipment was not the problem. The problem is logistic and with FedEx their main hub is on a different island from us as compared to UPS and DHL, which makes it harder for us to communicate with them especially when we're just recovering from typhoon. Had I known they were using FedEx I wouldn't have gone through with the purchase. Make sure you clarify with Seed World USA and verify their method of shipping. Hope this helps for future shoppers.
