Could not be happier with the staff at The Sentinal of Port Jervis! From our initial contract with Laura Mangual, who was so kind and informative! To Marceia Earl in admissions, so very helpful and warm! Jennifer DeAngelis is amazing and gets things done! Melissa Ortiz was amazing helping my sister and I get the medicade paperwork done! My Mom Rita, is settling in nicely! People checking in on her all the time! The facility is immaculate and has so many things to do! If you have a loved one in need of assisted living, RUN… don’t walk to The Sentinal of Port Jervis NY!!! They got you covered!!

My overall experience was very attentive, informative and most importantly caring. My mother and I are looking into options for my grandparents in which Laura Manual assisted in every detail possible. She made us feel as if we are family and that this was the place for them.
