WML yes have a Country Club for it's Community Members. Yes it can be rented by anyone who wants to host an event with beautiful scenery. The Gold Bar sells all your alcohol needs no food is available. I enjoy relaxing by the lake fishing the lake. I don't swim nor own a boat or etc so going on the water will be as a guess. The BallRoom is plenty big I know I will be hosting an event in the near future. Can't wait

The location is great for pictures. It is by the lake. I was able to host a babyshower event and the use of space was great during this time. It's very spacious and the host and staff were very helpful. Great location!

Beautiful location perfect place.for.my daughters wedding day. Grounds perfectly manicured creating vreat photos. Spacious dinning room and court yard. Allowed us the best of both indoor and outdoor comfort. Being on the water added to to romantic beauty of the day and night. Great place great event.
