If you have 2+ hours to wait just to get your drinks this is your place. We waited over 2 hours and still no salad or dinner to be had. We ended up leaving without Dinner and was so disappointed. The wait staff was horrible and the waitress didn’t even apologize. It was a terrible experience that turned a great night into a stressful horrific time. Safe yourself the aggravation and definitely skip this place.

We are from out of town visiting for the weekend. After having gone to a fair. We decided to stop for italian food. Well the service was horrible to have to wait an hour n 15 mins for food. It's not the waiters fault its management or owner. Poorly. I wonder if it was only 1 chef cooking. Even another table of folks left without getting they dinner. Very disappointed. An the water was tasting like soap we had to buy a bottle. You would think they would not charged us. Well we paid . Sorry I hope it gets better. Good luck!

Very Poor service. There was 4 servers and the place wasn’t packed whatsoever and they kept saying they were slammed. Our server was so rude. No manners whatsoever. Forgot our drinks multiple times. Shook her head when we asked for a refill or for anything actually. I tried to order something else because literally ran off while taking or order and was told I couldn’t put it in. Our appetizers took 45 minutes and we’re cold, our food took over an hour to come out. And our salad appetizer came out when we were in the middle of dinner. The food wasnt great. $200for 3 people. Definitely would not recommend.

The environment, service and view are great! Waitress and hosts are very servicial and try their best to keep with the high demand of clients. However, it feels like there is a shortage of staff and the service and food can be a little slow. The pasta is awesome but there are other items such the pizza pie and other appetizers that are just ok. Food can be a little overpriced. Overall is a regular Italian restaurant in a pretty lake.
